YorPower Maintenance are a national provider of back-up Generator and UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supplies) service, maintenance, repair and installation solutions.

YorPower have been trading since 1956 as The Progress Group and 1978 as PowerPlant Services, in 2014 these two companies came together to form PPSPower (PPS). In 2023 PPS acquired YorPower and renamed the group to YorPower Ltd.

YorPower is now one of the industry's largest and most respected providers of Generator maintenance, Generator servicing & UPS maintenance and repair solutions. Our success stems from our pride in customer care; this focused approach forms the backbone of our company philosophy.

Our range of UK manufactured generators is substantial. Established for over 30 years with an enviable reputation for quality and customer care, there is little we do not know about a specifying the right backup generator for your application.

We operate in the UK and developing economies around the world connecting power and people, ensuring our generators reach all corners of the world.

YorPower assembles, supplies and delivers a generator somewhere in the world nearly 3 times a day. We provide backup power, typically by supporting the mains with a generator to businesses and end-users so that, in the event of a power-cut, our customer’s business can operate without interruption. We are celebrated our 30th year last year and we take great pride in the trust people bestow in us to deliver the right generator for their particular need.
