Scrub Up On The Latest Trends And Innovations At The Cleaning Show 2025
The Cleaning Show 2025 will take place from 18th–20th March at ExCeL London, reaffirming its position as the UK’s largest event for cleaning, hygiene and facilities management. Reflecting the sector’s impressive growth and demand, the 2025 edition will be the biggest yet, boasting over 150 confirmed exhibitors, an expanded event space and a conference programme with 10 panel sessions across three days.
Expanding by 2,000 sqm from the 2023 edition, The Cleaning Show 2025 will welcome more than 7,000 professionals from sectors including facilities management, healthcare, hospitality, transport, retail and public services. From showcasing innovative products to thought‑provoking panel discussions, this year’s event promises to deliver opportunities for learning, networking and most importantly, business growth.
A Focus On Sustainability, Technology, And Business Management
This year, the event will host a record number of exhibitors from across the industry sectors/ Returning companies such as Nilfisk, Kärcher, Jangro, SC Johnson and Kimberly‑Clark Professional will be joined by over 50 brand‑new companies, reflecting the sector’s rapid growth and development. From robotics to sustainable solutions, attendees can explore products and services that redefine the future of cleaning.
Many exhibitors will launch a selection of highly anticipated new products and services at The Cleaning Show. Among these, Kennedy Hygiene Products will introduce its newest air freshener, adding to its range of hygiene solutions for commercial environments. Mirius will highlight its expanded Super Professional product range, emphasising commitment to industry sustainability through the recently launched ‘Super Saplings Reforestation’ initiative. Meanwhile, Nilfisk will unveil its new SC550 scrubber dryer, designed with user‑centric features and sustainable technology.
Northwood’s Whisper range of premium pure pulp toilet rolls, facial tissues and Airlaid hand towels will also be on show. Whisper Green – the first 100% recycled luxury toilet tissue in the range – will be at the show for the first time. Lastly, PacVac, experts in backpack vacuum technology will host a special preview of its three latest machines: Velo, Velo Go and Superpro Go.
Other key returning exhibitors include Ionic Systems, offering specialised services such as roof cleaning and soft washing alongside industry training programmes to support those looking to enter the industry; Lavor Pro, showcasing its range of pressure washers, vacuum cleaners and floor care equipment; and DRYFT, bringing the world’s first S‑Motion Scrubber Dryer that promises 100% floor cleaning coverage in half the time of traditional methods.
The Cleaning Show 2025 will showcase the latest advancements in cleaning machinery and robotics as the demand for automation continues to grow. SEBO will unveil the D9 Professional cylinder vacuum cleaner, designed for heavy‑duty commercial use and RS Cleaning Machines will debut the Zaco X1000 commercial cobot vacuum cleaner.
With over a third of the 2025 exhibitors joining the London show for the first time, the event will highlight the latest and most innovative solutions, technologies and products spanning the industry. Robert Scott will offer the opportunity to try out the industry’s first Smart Follow‑Me Trolley with hands‑free technology which means it closely follows the user. This transforms a versatile trolley into a helpful companion so users can focus on the job at hand while the smart technology ensures the trolley trails behind.
Kokobots will bring its popular AMR Cleaning Robot which is commonly used to automatically clean large commercial spaces with automatic charging and water refill capabilities. Pudu Robotics, a global leader in the service robotics sector, will also exhibit its range of products dedicated to enhancing the productivity and capabilities of cleaning professionals through innovative robot technology.

This year’s conference programme will deliver an expanded line‑up of panel discussions and keynote sessions, featuring expert speakers who will address the most pressing issues shaping the cleaning and hygiene sector. Core themes will include sustainability, education and workforce development, technological advancements and future preparedness.
On day one of the event, a panel of industry experts including Darryl Penson, Managing Director at Foremost; Darran Yates, ESG, Innovation & Research Director at Indepth Managed Services and Fin Watkinson, Partnerships & Campaign Manager at Living Wage Foundation will present “ESG in a Progressive Cleaning Sector”.
