PTSG Is A Sure Bet At Iconic Racecourse

Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been contracted to deliver specialist Fire Solutions at one of the country’s most famous racecourses.

Situated close to London, the racecourse was opened over 300 years ago and has established itself as a national institution. Its royal event is the centrepiece of the British summer social calendar and the ultimate stage for the best racehorses in the world.

The course stages 26 days of racing over the course of the year, comprising 18 flat meetings between April and October, and 8 jump meetings between October and March. The Royal Meeting, held in June each year, remains the highlight of the British summer social calendar. The prestigious King George VI and Queen Elizabeth Stakes is run over the course in July.

In this contract, engineers from PTSG Fire Solutions Ltd will planned preventative maintenance works to a range of fixed fire protection equipment including fire alarms, smoke detectors, sprinklers, hydrants and dry risers.

Over its 17‑year history, PTSG has delivered specialist services at numerous racecourses up and down the country including Carlisle, Wetherby, Haydock, Kempton Park, Monmore and Doncaster.
