Estama Wins Contract To Manage High Profile Portfolio Of Commercial Assets On Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park

Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford Leading property and asset management company Estama has been appointed by the London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) to manage an extensive portfolio of commercial assets across the iconic Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford.

This dynamic portfolio, encompassing a total 1.3 million sq ft, includes a diverse mix of industrial, retail, and leisure properties, reflecting the vibrant character and ongoing regeneration of the area.

Among the standout assets now under Estama’s management is the renowned ABBA Arena, home to ABBA Voyage, a key anchor tenant that attracts visitors from around the world and contributes to the park's global reputation as a premier entertainment destination.

Other notable tenants include industry giant Amazon and the innovative Make It Group, underscoring the portfolio's appeal to a broad range of businesses.
