Critical Industry Update and Launch of Latest BCC Research Report

This year’s programme will kick off with a ‘state of the nation’ overview, digging deep into new British Cleaning Council research that will be published as the event opens. Industry experts will analyse the research and help point the way ahead for the cleaning and hygiene sector.

BCC Chair, Delia Cannings, will also take to the stage to outline the incredible progress made in implementing the new Cleaning & Hygiene Apprenticeship Scheme.

Cleaning & Hygiene: A View from the Front Line

Independent Consultant, Lauren Kyle, formerly Head of Cleaning and Soft FM Development at Sodexo, will host two expert panels, one entitled ‘Cleaning & Hygiene: A View from the Front Line’ and the other ‘Recruitment and Succession Planning for the Cleaning & FM Sectors’.

Both panels will feature participants from across the cleaning and FM sectors, with input and questions sought from the audience to ensure a fast‑paced and lively debate.
