Ledwidge, Head of Sports Turf and Grounds at Leicester City, said: “It is a fantastic achievement for the team to be named winners across three GMA awards. Their hard work and dedication to be best in class and forge pathways in our industry is second to none, and these awards are a true recognition of that.

“For Tom to be named Newcomer of the Year is testament to his hard work and dedication to his studies since joining the Football Club, and for me it was an honour and a surprise to receive the Alex R Miller award.

“The award wouldn’t have been possible without the commitment of every member of my amazing team, so I would like to thank them all for their continued efforts, as well as the Club’s owners and Board of Directors for their belief in the department.”
