Levy UK + Ireland Appoints Leonard Fearon As
Levy Ireland Culinary Director

Leonard Fearon, Culinary Director, Levy Ireland Levy UK + Ireland, the sports and hospitality sector of Compass Group UK and Ireland, today announces the appointment of Leonard Fearon to the newly-created role of Culinary Director, Levy Ireland. In his role, Leonard will continue to ensure the smooth running of all Fitzers Catering Powered by Levy venues as well as all other Levy Ireland venues, while driving forward objectives such as menu innovation, food sustainability, health and safety standards, and talent development.

Previously in the role of Executive Chef at Convention Centre Dublin, a Fitzers Catering Powered by Levy venue, Leonard will continue to report into Barry Storey, Managing Director at Fitzers Catering Powered by Levy, alongside Allan Blackmore, Culinary Director of Levy UK + Ireland.

Leonard’s appointment follows the announcement earlier this year that Levy UK + Ireland was to combine its Irish business with Fitzers Catering, the Irish family-owned catering company.

I hope to use this role to promote more diverse use of ingredients, upcycling of food, and working with our farmers and suppliers to incorporate more biodiversity and lower impact foods on our menus.”
