BASIS Sustainable Sport Awards –
Short-Listed Candidates Announced

BASIS (the British Association for Sustainable Sport)  logo BASIS (the British Association for Sustainable Sport) has released details of the candidates short-listed for its inaugural Sustainable Sports Awards on 19th October.

The judging process is complete, and the British Association for Sustainable Sport (BASIS) has announced the sports organisations that have made it to their shortlist for its inaugural Sustainable Sport Awards. The Awards have been conceived to recognise those in the sports sector who have introduced initiatives that have a positive impact on the planet and communities.

BASIS has been hugely impressed by the quantity and quality of entries, which came from organisations of all sizes, from grassroots groups to top-flight clubs. The Awards have been split into the following categories, with three organisations short-listed for each. The winner in each category will be announced at the Awards event, which is being held at the Kia Oval Cricket Ground in London on 19th October.
