Pitch Renovations Underway At Wycombe Wanderers

Pitch renovation at Wycombe Wanderers home ground After a busy month of pitch hires at Adams Park, enabling fans, club partners and local sports teams to play at the home of Wycombe Wanderers, work has begun on renovations to create a first‑class playing surface for the Blues in the 2021/22 campaign.

More than 20 different organisations benefitted from a kickabout on the pitch in a packed‑out schedule throughout May, but now the stadium improvements are cranked up ahead of the new season and the return of fans to HP12 after a long, pandemic‑enforced absence.

Work continues on the brand‑new wi‑fi infrastructure throughout the stadium, which will enable world‑class connectivity for all visitors, while the club’s PA system and CCTV services are also being vastly upgraded.

The Woodlands Lounge, Executive Lounge, Executive Boxes and corridor and reception areas have been refurbished, thanks in no small part to the work of a number of volunteers throughout the spring, enhancing the club’s hospitality offerings for the new season, which will include the official launch of the Ignite Third Changing Room in the inner sanctum of the tunnel.

Fans in all lounges will enjoy a far greater viewing experience on the brand‑new Vestel display screens, and inside the bowl a giant new screen and pitchside advertising displays will light up every matchday.
